Caledonian Economics is an independent Scottish consulting practice, owned and managed by the people who work for it.

The firm was established in 1996 in response to a range of market opportunities and it focuses particularly on how market mechanisms might be used to help solve social problems. The company has already established itself as the leading independent Scottish financial advisor on local authority PFI projects, and is recognised as a thought leader in the economics of waste management and tourism.
